Q.Can I buy a vehicle as a private buyer?
A.Yes, you can. We always welcome both professional and private buyers. We suggest you to please consult with a C&F agent in your country about Custom Regulations of your country before placing the buying order.
Q.Can I buy vehicle which is not listed on your stock list?
A.Yes, you can. Please send us the details of vehicle(s) you are looking for through the inquiry/order form on the INQUIRY page or email/fax.
Q.Do you give any warranty for the vehicles?
A.No, we do not have warranty. Every vehicle is based on as-it-is condition at the time of sale. However, we provide all the information/data of vehicle, you must study them carefully before placing the buying order.
Q.Do you accept cancellation?
A.If you cancel the deal after confirm order, we will refund you 50% from your deposited amount but all the Bank Charges should be deducted from your amount. You must be careful before determination to buying.
Q.How I can see the price of a vehicle at the auction site?
A.You are not able to see the price online due to the auction rules. Please ask us the estimate price and we will send you the results as well.
Payment
A.We accept only Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). We do not accept any credit cards, cheque, other method. All the Bank charges outside of Japan should be on buyer's account.
Q.What foreign currency will workable?
A.USD (US Dollar), JPY (Japanese Yen), CAD (Canadian Dollar), EURO and GBP (Great Britain Pound).
Q.How can I see the prices in my currency?
A.You can calculate your currency exchange from http://www.xe.com.ucc
A.Some countries have burdan to open L/C against goods. We only accept irrevocable L/C at sight from major Banks and when the total value is more than US$30,000.00 But must be negotiable prior to deal in case of L/C method.

Q.Can I find Left Hand Drive Japanese Vehicles?
A.All Japanese vehicles are Right Hand Drive. A very few quantity of Left Hand Drive Japanese vehicles made in America/Europe are available in Auto Auction. American, European vehicles in Left Hand Drive are available usually.
Q.What does the car price posted on your web mean ?
A.All the prices listed on our web are export prices in FOB basis. But you are welcome to inquire us about the freight so long as you inform us of your port name.
Q.Are the car pictures and inspection results genuine and reliable?
A.Yes, they are. We guarantee that every picture taken for our stock is genuine. And the inspection results you see for our stock are reported by our employees, who are nationally certified inspectors.
Q.Can I book the car that I want to buy?
A.Yes, you can book any of our existing stock if you fulfill 20% payment of the whole car price and promise to pay the balance within 6 days. We will then book the car for you. As soon as we receive the balance, we will ship the car to you.
Shipment
Q.How fast you can ship my vehicle?
A.We will arrange the shipment as soon as we confirm the full payment.
Q.How long will it take to ship the vehicle to my country?
A.Once the vehicle leave Japan, the delivery time is about two to six weeks depending on the destination. It may be difficult to space booking depends on the season and the countries. However, we will do at our best to ship your vehicle as soon as possible with our experienced shipping agent.
Q.When will I receive my shipping documents?
A.
Once the vessel leaves from Japan port, the shipping company will issue the shipping documents (B/L). Then we will send you all of the necessary documents as following by DHL or FedEx courier service with tracking number.
- B/L (Bill of Lading)
- Export Certificate with English Translation
- Invoice (Commercial Invoice)
- Marine Insurance on your request (payable)
- Pre-shipment Inspection Certificate (JAAI/EAA/JEVIC) if necessary (payable)
- Radioactivity Level Certificate if necessary
Q.How do I receive my vehicle at port?
A.After leaving the vessel from Japan port, we will infrom you immediately. When the vessel are about to arrive at your location, the shipping company will contact you directly by phone or fax about the arrival date. Please bring all of the necessary documents (from us) to your appointed C&F agent and request them to take formalities to release the vehicle from Custom.
